Sibusiso is a certified Business Accountant In Practice (SA) with South African Institute of Business Accountant (SAIBA), Sibusiso is further a certified Sage One Accounting Adviser of which he passed with a distinction and obtained 96.72% pass mark. Sibusiso was one of the best matriculates of which he obtained second position and was awarded Silver Medal and Certificate. Sibusiso holds B.Comm Honours in Financial Accounting and B.Comm in Management Accounting from University of the North-West. He holds a role as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Manager in TVBK Holdings group of companies and due to outstanding performance Sibusiso was also appointed as a Director in one of group companies of TVBK Holdings “TVBK GO-BBBEE (Pty) Ltd” which mainly focus in consulting and advisory. Sibusiso has expertise in accounting principles, taxation, corporate strategy and independent review, auditing which he gained throughout his academic and work experience of which he has worked on various accounts and of clients in different industries such as in Mining, Construction, Consulting Industries, Financial Services, Logistics, Waste Management, Petroleum and Retail Stores as senior personnel and was responsible to make sure that client accounts are bankable, compliant and valuable.
